Paul Abbott – senior pastor

Family:
My wife Sharon and I were childhood sweethearts who got married in 1969. We have two sons, four daughters and five grandchildren.

before the beginning in 1989.

Previous line of work:
You name it and, if it doesn’t pay well, I’ve done it. Long ago I was the guy who makes the donuts all night at Dunkin Donuts.

Hobbies:
reading; walking; pretending at gardening; my grandkids

my great great grandfather was killed with Custer at Little Big Horn

a rich lawyer or a starving artist


Ken Jackson - Pastor of Spiritual Formation

Married Marilyn on July 7, 1990

a writer / illustrator, working with kids in schools, or connected with some outreach ministry team


Matthew McCabe - Youth Pastor

Family:
Married to the most beautiful woman in the world since June 3rd of 1995. Together we run our own little Youth Ministry at home with Eli (1998), Nicea (1999), Isaac (2000), and Illyanna (2002)

Easter Sunday of 2005

Previous line of work:
Lifeguard, Swim instructor, Paper Mill, Waste Water Treatment Plant, Lawn care at a cemetery, Program Director at Bible Camp, Ski Technician, Customer Care at Nissan Motors, UPS truck un-loader, Wilderness Excursion Guide, Farm hand, Mr. Donut, Computer Training sales, School bus driver, Propane truck driver and delivery guy, Basketball Coach.

Chris Dorr – worship pastor

Family:
Met Michelle under the romantic lights of Taco Bell and were married on December 17, 1994. We have two children Nicholas (9/28/01) and Kaitlyn (12/22/03)

Previous line of work:
Played with all kinds of fun chemicals at Nissan Motors in Nashville, TN

Hobbies:
SCUBA diving, woodworking, making music, playing Candyland

University of Miami – although it’s always a great game with Tech

While at Virginia Tech, my roommate and I were the mascot…The Hokie Bird.

Ann Barker -
Business Administrator

Family:
Larry and I met in junior high school. We have a son, Rob who followed his Dad’s career in the automobile business.

2001 and brought here by God’s direction, I love it here!

Previous Line of work:
Executive secretary, facility manager, health aide in Montgomery County schools.

Hobbies:
Cooking, reading, watching Ugly Betty and 24.

I met my husband Joe when I was 15. We dated for 5 years and on January 6, 2007 we got married.

I'm not good at having favorites…

I was on a Jump Roping team called the Cross Steppers for a couple years. We used to give shows at schools and other events and at the end of the year we would have a huge jump rope festival where all teams from around here would come together and put on there best show. It was a lot of fun.
