Promiseland is the Children’s Ministry of Cedarbrook Church (ministering to newborns through children 11 years of age). Our vision is for Promiseland to be a welcoming place for kids and that is nurturing, relevant, and fun. In this community of peers and adults, children can be known and loved as they learn and grow together. Vital in making this vision a reality is our team of enthusiastic volunteers who are committed to reaching out to kids, loving them as Jesus would.

A Typical Sunday in Promiseland
After checking into the children’s ministry during a typical Sunday morning, children ages 4-11 will begin by connecting with their Small Group Leader during Activity Time. Here kids will be invited to join in on craft projects and interactive games with other children their age. During Large Group Time, kids will come together for an upbeat, age-appropriate time of worship and hands-on, Biblical teaching. From here, children will gather back in their peer groups for Small Group Time. In these small groups of about 6-12, children will have a chance to apply what they have learned to their own lives. Each group is lead by a committed volunteer Small Group Leader who facilitates this time of discussion and interaction.

Nursery & Toddler Ministries
We have excellent facilities for newborn babies and toddlers up to 3 years of age in a clean, safe, and well-supervised environment.

Hall Monitor Support Staff
The safety of our children is a high priority in Promiseland. Our Hall Monitor support staff is on-hand every Sunday to ensure the safest environment possible for kids and volunteers
